Chinese Sales Executive wanted: Commission-Only
You will be helping to grow our coverage across the China market. You will be responsible for building out your own pipeline. We seek someone with a strong commercial acumen combined with an organised and personable approach.
Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:
- Identify new business and secure new contracts
- Make outbound calls
- Write proposals
- Territory management
- Selling virtually and face-to-face
- Generate sales leads that develop into new customers
- Manage customer expectations
- Represent Impact English in a professional manner at all times
- Build and sustain profitable and growing relationships with new clients
Person Specification:
- 2 years client-facing sales experience and successful target achievement
- Success driven
- Self-motivated and very ambitious
- Must possess Energy, Drive and Enthusiasm with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Excellent communication skills
- Confident
- Highly organised and structured
- Consistently achieve sales targets
- Develop strategies to maximise sales opportunities
- Focused on delivering highest levels of customer service
- Experienced in the education market
- Ability to work under pressure
- Fluency in Mandarin
- Strong interpersonal skills
Experience: Sales: 2 years preferred

Location: Home Based/Remote, covering internationally
